Send your cashmere knitwear to us to be professionally repaired and re-dressed. Any brand, any label.

Our knitwear repair & re-dressing service costs £49 per garment - this includes minor repairs.

If your garment requires major repairs we will e-mail you to let you know. Once we have worked out the extra cost we will send you a payment request for the balance. The work will proceed on receipt of payment.

This is a premium knitwear care service. We accept any brand and any label, as long as it's knitwear, and one of the following fibres;

• Cashmere
• Cashmere mixes
• Lambswool (including Geelong & Merino)

We do not accept;

• Silk
• Acrylic
• Alpaca
• Angora
• Man-made fibres

For fibres not mentioned above, please Contact Us...

Once received, your garment will be;

1. Examined for faults (i.e. holes, drags and other defects)
2. Minor repairs carried out (Small holes, drags, dropped stitches and other small defects)
3. Missing buttons replaced (extra charges may apply)
4. Professionally washed using our specialist detergent and softener
5. Stains removed using our industrial strength stain removers (some stains do not come out though!)
6. Steam pressed to shape
   
7. Re-examined for further faults and defects & repaired as necessary
8. De-pilled (Removal of bobbles)
9. De-fuzzed (Removal of excess fibres)
10. Folded in tissue paper, and sealed in one of our production bags with one of our cedar blocks
11. Packaged and sent back to your door by courier

We pride ourselves on being able to complete all work and dispatch your knitwear garments back to you within 3 weeks of receiving them.

Please follow these steps to send your knitwear garment to be repaired & re-dressed:

1. Place your order by adding one 'Knitwear Repair & Re-Dress Service' per garment to your shopping bag (Please note - total quantity should be equal to the number of garments you are sending to us!)
2. Complete checkout by processing your payment
3. Print off your Order Confirmation that is sent to the e-mail address you provide during checkout
4. Parcel up your cashmere garment(s) along with a copy of your Order Confirmation
5. Send your garment back to us via Royal Mail or equivalent. Our address is on our website (Please note - you will need to pay for the postage to us and make sure you acquire adequate insurance for your garment when you are sending it to us!)
