To preserve the exceptional softness and longevity of your cashmere:
Hand wash in cold water using a gentle wool or cashmere detergent (available for purchase)
Do not rub or wring -simply squeeze lightly to remove excess water
Rinse thoroughly in clean, cool water
Reshape while damp and lay flat to dry away from direct heat or sunlight
Never tumble dry
Store folded rather than hung to maintain the garment’s shape
Pilling is natural with fine cashmere; gently remove with a cashmere comb to keep your knitwear looking pristine
With proper care, your cashmere will stay luxuriously soft and beautiful for many seasons.
We also offer a cashmere repair & re-dressing service if you prefer not to tackle washing cashmere.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
